Global Business Leader optimism and confidence at record levels for growth

Most interesting is that of all global regions, North American executives have by a large margin the highest level of optimism, and confidence in growth among the same group far exceeds all other regions. This despite the non-stop narrative of the experts and pundits that US leadership is disorganized, incompetent, dangerous and far, far worse. How is this possible?
